[PD] set screen resolution from within Pd (Linux)

Just a simple computer setup that does not give me the screen resolution that
I need on some older hardwares . . .
I don't actually have to use Pd for setting this up but I thought I'd give it
a try since the xorg.conf didn't do the trick.
I know that the onboard graphics give me a full HD resolution and that the
operating system does as well.
Just not the two together!
