just tested and it works for me (using either Firefox or Chromium, both 
on Debian).
there are no pop-ups nor (complex, javascript-powered) buttons involved.

the download-links are simple direct links to the downloadable files.
iirc, on windows oftentimes you need to right-click such download links 
and select "Save Link as...".
