[PD] Hoa Library? (was: CICM-TOOLS 1.5)

Hi Alexandre,

The Hoa library is pretty complicated to compile, it requires updates and
the help files and tutorials are based on the Cream library that is also
deprecated... my development process was really chaotic at the time
(sorry)!  Unfortunately, I think I'll never have the time to maintain these
libraries anymore, even if I really wish I could do it. But fortunately,
the CEAMMC library integrates most of the Cream & HOA objects, you might
ask the CEAMMC devs what remains to be done instead of doing another
distribution? I'm pretty sure they'll be happy to get help!
