hi, on my machine i can't seem to load the CEAMMC library

WIN 7 / 64bit
PD 0.51.2
CEAMMC 0.9.1


on startup, when trying to load the library i twice get an error alert 
(see attachment)


in the PF console i get:

C:\Program Files\Pd\extra\ceammc\ceammc.m_amd64: couldn't load
