and first migrate those libraries to github.
i probably could do a batch import (from https://git.puredata.info) of 
all those libraries into the https://github.com/pd-externals/ namespace.

however, a number of libs are actively maintained in their own 
namespaces, and I think those should be left alone.

so I would need a list of libraries to import.
