[PD] Control scroll bar

Anyone knows how can I control the scrollbar position? I wan't to send a
msg to tcl and control scroll position.

I don't tcl programme, but I already tried to use (without success)
-yscrollsommand:

I think it's because I don't have the y scroll id.
