[PD] .pat .mxt and .mxb files

As a follow back to the list, just wanted to say that Miller kindly sent me
some old .pat files. This file format seems to have been included in MAX 2
and I see MAX 8 can still open them, but can't save them as .pat anymore,
and saves them as .maxpat instead. This is what happens since MAX5.

Pd Extended and Purr Data can load ,pat and save them as such. Pd Vanilla
can still open .pat files but fails to save them properly as such. It seems
Miller took it out thinking it didn't make sense anymore and that MAX 5+
couldn't really open it anymore. I guess we'll bring it back to Vanilla the
proper saving as .pat though :)

Cheers
