[PD] Pure Data FLOSS Manual has been renamed to Pd-extended FLOSS Manual (was Re: mickfuzz's Pure Data FLOSS Manual, a message on behalf of Pd's community)

Thanks for this - I think lots of people were getting confused, thinking
Pd extended was Pd and then concluding the whole thing was unmaintained.
