[PD] Pure Data FLOSS Manual has been renamed to Pd-extended FLOSS Manual (was Re: mickfuzz's Pure Data FLOSS Manual, a message on behalf of Pd's community)

Ok, i will try to review all the floss manuals and use it as a start point
to create another tutorial place updated for the forks used today, as soon
as i have something i will share for people that want to contribute and
help too. I also tried to create an account on puredata.info and will try
to help there as well.
