[PD] Videos on installing Scheme for Pd

Hi folks, I created a couple of videos walking through installing and
getting going on Scheme for Pd in case anyone needs the help.

(It will get to Deken eventually, but right now it takes a few minutes to
install. I'm personally not a fan of having things in package managers
until they are well tested, so I'd like to see real world usage reports
from various folks first.)
