[PD] Strange PD crash with ASIO ...

Hi Oliver!

I couldn't get the crash with the test patch. Nothing happens when I 
delete the numberboxes from [env~].

tested with:

Windows10
Pd 0.52.1
44100hz
8 ms
64 blocksize
"Tascam's ASIO driver" (also tested with "ASIO4ALL").
