[PD] Deken filename too long for certain filesystems (ecryptfs on ext4)

my library name is longer than it should be but the "extra" stuff only
counts 37 characters (beta45_with_live_electronics_tutorial)

and next release should also include the apple silicon extension

I was thinking of a separate batch for double precision
