[PD] help testing/reporting documentation issue with cyclone on windows/linux

Hi, I got some reports that Cyclone's help files don't work on Windows and
Linux and a 'tcl/tk' errors pop up. Can anyone confirm this? I need someone
who can compile and test if I have fixed it and also give me a good report.
It all seems to work just fine on macOS.
