[PD] Max number of panels in Help Browser

There is a PR with free desktop files for Pd, I think adapted from extended: https://github.com/pure-data/pd-icon/pull/6 <https://github.com/pure-data/pd-icon/pull/6>

This PR needs to be redone to the main repo, but maybe the files are helpful, at least in testing.
