[PD] Difference between FFT(s) implementations

Hi,
In PureData, we have three different implementations of FFT. The FFTW3, the Ron Mayer implementation, and the Takuya Ooura implementation.
Two/Three questions:
1) What is the used in the executable distributed from the website?
2) What is the difference between them?
3) Is there some article/text about it (I could not find)!
