No, you are not at fault, it's a workflow issue. Maybe I should move all of the included stuff into a read-only folder and leave libs for user-stuff. Then when updating, it will just update the normally read-only folder. The current situation is a tradeoff between providing a folder structure and stuff to try out on start and making everything accessible.
