[PD] Pd Vanilla 0.53.1 is crashing under GNU/Linux

yikes, that's another weird one. i can reproduce it and the solution is 
to use "./bin/pd" instead of "bin/pd"...

just for the record, the double-slash is harmless, and it ends up being 
equivalent to a single-slash
