[PD] Attaching Xcode debugger

Here's my little cheat-sheet for setting the Gatekeeper entitlements (for
RTcmix, of course :-) -- but make the appropriate substitutions in the
directions):

It still works on my Monterey Macs -- I hope Apple doesn't get annoying yet
again.
