[PD] Running Pd on a raspberry Pi on battery power - crackling issues

Hi there,

 

I got some new really powerful powerbank (20W) for running my RPi 4 on
battery power.

However, there seems to be a power saving issue which slows down the Pi as
soon as a battery is powering the unit instead of the wall outlet.

 

Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?
