[PD] midi file into [text sequence]?

Thanks Miller, Christof, Patko,

midi2sco looks really good, I also found midi2csv which does a similar
job, keeping the midi pitch notation but possibly specifying time in
midi ticks, hence needing some polishing of the results as well.
