[PD] Availability of ELSE v.1.0-0_rc8 external for Raspberry Pi 400 (ARM)

Of course not! I've got the source code file "pd-0.54-0.src.tar.gz" from 
Miller's web site then I compiled it.
See attached screen capture for Pd 0.54.0 / RPi OS 11 32-bit / RPi 400.
