[PD] Help building ELSE for RPi

Hello Alexandre,

Great news about ELSE 1.0-0 9th Release Candidate 1.0-0 (with Live 
Electronics Tutorial)!

Compilation on RPi 400 will be done during the next 24 hours.
If the file is too big to be sent by mail I will give you an URL for 
downloading it.
