If your question is how to upload an abstraction library as opposed to
an external library:

   There is no difference.

If your question is how to upload Deken packages in general, then read:
 
   https://github.com/pure-data/deken/blob/main/developer/README.md


but basically just:

  deken upload --version 0.7 --name mylib path/to/mylib
