[PD] Quick dev question r.e. underlying tcl version

[Linux ROUEN Normandie]

And on Linux Mint 21.2 (based on Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS), 'tcl' is in 
version 8.6.11+1build2 (coming from Debian).
