[PD] [PD-announce] ELSE 1.0-0 rc10 and live electronics tutorial released

[Linux ROUEN Normandie]

Here below is what I'm getting searching for "libpcre3" on the whole 
systems.
On the left Linux Mint 21.2 where [sfont~] is working okay -but- on the 
right Manjaro Linux 23.1 where is not working.
Note: In both case nothing was found in neither /home folders where the 
Pd's external folders are sitting.
