Try the Csound Magazine, IIRC there are some reverb example in one of
the older issues. Also the Csound Book has a chapter on it, or on
effects in general. And the reverb patch in Pd could help in
understanding it. Googling for "allpass" "reverberation" and such will
turn up something for sure.
