[PD-ot] Debian's stance on the Creative Commons Attribution license (CC-by)

A CC By license is pretty much exactly like the original BSD license  
with the credit clause.  That was well established as non-free.  But CC  
doesn't claim all of their licenses are free.  Most of them aren't at  
all.
