[PD-ot] slow email delivery

hi all.

just in case somebody noticed that there emails are not coming through:

to reduce the amounts of spams we are receiving, the IEM has switched to
the use of greylisting: http://projects.puremagic.com/greylisting/

this basically means, that the first time you send an email to an
email-address at the iem (one of the pd-lists or a real person like me),
this email will be delayed for 1h.


i hope this is not too annoying for all of you.
