[PD-ot] Repatcher-Extended

I've just built the prototype of the Repatcher-Extended, an Arduino
patchbay matrix controller for Pure Data patches. It is based on the
rePatcher by Open Music Labs (
http://www.openmusiclabs.com/projects/repatcher/), extending it with shift
