I think that would make sense for normal users is they manage all of their 
stuff from their home folder. A default structure could be automatically 
created with new accounts, that would reflect what is possible to do, 
like a default project folder, a default personal forum, etc.

That might be safer and quicker for now, but it's always more difficult to 
add new features to a site that already has a lot a users.
