[Pdweb] how to contribute to the site

I can make a sitedocs and put everything in there

so the next question is, where to put the site-tracker, mailinglist
anouncement ?

I would like to have it near the sitedocs, but maybe we also make a 
folder "sitedev" in Development, if this folder should stay.
