[Pdweb] how to contribute to the site

Hello,


I just found the CMFWiki Page HowToContribute

The point is that CMF-Wiki isnt working without a CMF-Wiki Web
and also is deprecated since ZWiki 0.20 is now installed. So I
converted it to a ZWiki page. We should tzhrow out the CMFWiki since
it is not supported any more.

Anybody wants to stay by CMF-Wiki, if not I will put it away in a week
or two.
