[Pdweb] Topics etc,... somehow fixed and ownership.

Hello,

Since old Topic Products didnt migrate to new ones automatically in my Version 
of ATContentTypes, I just erased them and made new ones, since they are only 
four of them, please have a look if I did them right.

Changing Creator and Owner is not supported by Plone as Standard, (since one 
should never change a creator and ownership could be shared and take 
ownership is available under ZMI), but since it could happen because of 
migration problems I have added an function for that.

please I dont know who should be owner of these. Since we have now 
groupfolders we can make a group webadmins, were we are added and
we can make a reviewers for the site as group.
