[Pdweb] my changed to the FAQ keep getting lost

I figure that a less than optimal FAQ entry is better that none at all.  
  If people got in the habit of copy-and-pasting their list responses to  
the FAQ, I think we'd eventually get much less duplicate questions.   
That's the dream at least...
