[Pdweb] Fwd: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

I took a look and in fact puredata is in the middle of an attack there are 
dozents of new dummy user and coming 5 more each minute.

I just locked member subscribtion for now so no new members are added. we 
should delete the odd ones.
