[Pdweb] Proposal wrt. guide new users with silk gloves

Hmm, my guess is that won't be too hard.  Or at least that's the  
hope.  I'll happily do it for one month, a number of other people  
also expressed interest.  It could be something relatively simple, or  
something more complicated.

Let's try it out and see what happens...
