[Pdweb] "dev" and "docs" as pure wikis

Now that there is the much improved "wiki folder" functionality of  
puredata plone, I think that the whole "dev" and "docs" sections  
should be wikis where any authenticated user can edit and add.  Right  
now, there are still permissions problems.  Is it possible to set the  
permissions on these sections so that anyone can edit/add?
