[Pdweb] puredata.org survey

This isn't about criticising, it's about finding out what people  
think.  There could definitely be better questions.  But I think the  
website would be a lot better if more people were willing to  
contribute.  Very few do contribute, so I'd like to try to find out  
if we can change that.
