[Pdweb] FAQ entries pegged to ST

Hey,

I just noticed that FAQ entries can be set to four different  
formats.  Since it is being standardized on ST, would it be possible  
to remove the other options (HTML, rST, etc) from the menu?

It seems to me that it should just be pegged to ST.  It should at  
least default to ST, I just started a new FAQ entry and it defaulted  
to HTML.
