[Pdweb] small clean up on the 'docs' section

FYI:

I converted this section to a "wiki folder" and updated the front page:
http://puredata.info/docs/sitedocs

I also created an 'old' folder and moved some stuff there that looked  
clearly quite old and was labeled as such:
http://puredata.info/docs/old

Let me know if I messed anything up.
