i don't really mind, since the template code really will just display
all "page"s it finds before the categories section and it will display
all "smart folder"s after the categories section.

so the actual name of the the static page doesn't matter at all, but it
will display it's "visible" (aka 'long') name (which right now is
"Featured Downloads" as the header.


however, you might find it complicated to rename the page, since you
have to first allows "page"s to be created within the SoftwareCenter
(and please turn that off after you finished your work)
