[Pdweb] rename "download Pd" to "Downloads"

Alrite... Browser Detection in Plone is less than straightforward... there
is this thing, i wonder if someone is able+willing to install it:
http://plone.org/products/collective.browserdetector
...not that I'm 100% sure that this is the solution... :o)
