Hello Chikashi and Sei,

Local groups are here:
http://puredata.info/community/groups
Is it the place where you tried to create a page?
Don't know how to solve the /community edit right problems but I can
create you a page for puredata japan and after that I think you can edit
it yourself.

Would it fit your needs?

If you prefer to create it yourself: for obscure - plone - reasons the
other "local groups" pages are actually folders that contains a page,
it's better to create it that way to make it look like others.
- create a folder (add folder)
- move inside it
- create a page inside it (add page)
- set the folder view as "display element" and choose your page

It will be displayed exactly like others( it seems it's a page, but it's
actually a folder...)

best,

n
