[PD-dev] compiling with MinGW

So I got a bunch of Yves' unauthorized externals to compile using 
MinGW, but they don't load in Pd.  They compile cleanly, make a nice 
.dll, but when I try to load them, Pd says "... couldn't create".

If you would like to try, its all in CVS in externals/unauthorized.  I 
am using MinGW through Cygwin. If anyone has some suggestions as to a 
better way of using MinGW, I am open to suggestions.
