Why not? We're talking about things that had already been merged before,
right? It seems to me most changes are "under the hood" and not proper new
features. I also see that as numerous bug fixes. The only new feature is
the 'orientation' message to sliders/radio buttons. But yeah, I think I
might be missing your point/reasons to assume this should be considered a
new version instead.
