[PD] zexy's msgfile vs. textfile read errors

         I replaced a [textfile] in one of my patches with a [msgfile] from 
zexy and msgfile doesn't seem to want to read the file that textfile had no 
problem with. I get the error:

error: msgfile_read: unable to open ..\radiostations.txt

         As you can see it has a relative path reference, but I can't see 
why that would make a difference. Once again, textfile had no problem with 
this.

         Any thoughts?
