[PD] audio feedback

NEWBIE QUESTIONS:

Hi,

What is the most simple way of creating audio feedback loops with delaytimes 
down to 1 sample in PD?
Also, I was wondering why we have delsend~/delreceive~ as well as delay~. Is 
delsend~ just the same as a delay~ going into a s~ ?

I am running PD .37 extended package on WinXP (occasionally on OSX 10.3)
