[PD] [PD-announce] the end of type restrictions

Well, the first post was intended as an announcement, and then immediately 
any people who reply are supposed to figure out that they have to reply to 
pd-list, so in some sense it wasn't my responsibility to change it, unless 
I reply to my own mail... but if a replier doesn't do it, then it's still 
the responsibility of anyone else to only reply in a way that takes the 
thread off of pd-announce. Does that sound right?

I didn't post to both pd-announce and pd-list; I posted to pd-announce and 
then you got it on pd-list and then replied to it from that perspective, 
and this is what caused the "To/Cc:" to automatically include both pd-list 
and pd-announce.
