[PD] reorg of puredata.info/docs/developer

Thanks for doing this! I was just trying to compile pd-extended a week
or two ago, and was pretty lost in the old instructions. I had
actually been meaning to try to clean them up myself, but it appears
my procrastination paid off :-).
