[PD] French Traduction

Hey all,

this is just to let you know that I completed the Italian translation.
However, about the 70% of it had been made by someone else before me, but I
can't seem to find out who was it.

and besides, completed templates also need to be reviewed before being
usable, how the translation can make its way into Pd-ext?
I mean, is there anything else I can do?
